Welcome to SuberCraftex. SuberCraftex is a brand and service operated and incubated by Camsol Technologies Ltd, a duly registered company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuberCraftex mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMSOL TECHNOLOGIES LTD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camsol Technologies Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Camsol Technologies Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
